  • Develop Weekend Itinerary and Communicate/Confirm with Vendors on Logistics
  • Receive Personal Items and Handle Placement at Wedding
  • Wedding Day Coordination, Management, and Execution of Wedding Weekend Timeline
  • Distribution of Any Final Payments and Gratuities
  • Up to 15 hours on Event Day (includes 1 event  assistant)*

30 days out to do a final details meeting with all major vendors
  • Unlimited Email and Phone Correspondence within 3 Months of Wedding
  • Develop Weekend Itinerary and Communicate/Confirm with Vendors on Logistics
  • Wedding Day Coordination, Management, and Execution of Wedding Weekend Timeline 
  • Distribution of Any Final Payments and Gratuities
  • Up to 12 Hours on Event Day (includes 1 event assistant)*
